Tom Harberd has been involved in financing around 400 feature films, including Black Mass, Freeheld, Cargo, Palestine '36, Mary Shelley, The Forgiven, Tár, Ordinary Love, Minamata and Made in Dagenham, as well as numerous television series and video games. For eight years, Tom jointly held the positions of COO at Head Gear Films, and CFO at Bankside Films; before that, he represented the Qatar Foundation on its film and media interests, and worked as a Producer and Assistant Director on commercials and music videos.

Benjamin brings over 13 years' experience as a company director to The Cultured Copia. Recognised under the Royal Charter as a professional director (Dip IoD), Benjamin has a proven track record of driving growth and managing investment. In his previous role, Benjamin served as Chief Executive Oﬃcer, where he managed over 25 Shareholders and £12 million in investment. He now serves on the board of several businesses, where he advises on finances and strategic growth.‍

Tim has worked for 30 years within the entertainment industry, including Walt Disney and Twentieth. Century Fox. He founded financing business Aegis Film Fund, Prescience and Hindsight before launching Foresight Media with Tom Harberd and Ink Partners with Cultured Copia. He has helped put together over 120 films and TV projects including The King's Speech, Wolf Hall, Chef and The Guard.

Neena Tailor has over 10 years’ experience in film and games financing, production, sales and distribution. As Finance Director at Hindsight Media Group, she led statutory and financial management, planning and reporting for productions including A Street Cat Named Bob, Crooked House, Patrick, Fishermen’s Friends and The Postcard Killings. Neena has coordinated film financing structures, facilitated film closings and worked directly with US production teams on set for tax compliance.
